Beef cuts and Pricing

Beef is dry aged for 2 - 3 weeks.  Cuts are individually shrink wrapped and delivered frozen.  Click the Order Now tab to place your order.

Beef Packages - Best Value!


Winslett 25 lb+:  $225 per package for more than 25 lbs

  • Steaks:  includes your choice of 2 Tenderloins, New York Strips, or Ribeyes, plus a selection of Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Denver, Flat Iron, Chuck and Round (~7 lbs)
  • 90/10 Ground Beef (~13 lbs)
  • 1 Roast (~3 lbs) or additional Ground Beef
  • Short Ribs (~2 lbs)
  • fits in standard refrigerator freezers (approx 1ft x 1ft)


Winslett 50 lb+:  $425 per package for more than 50 lbs

  • Steaks:  includes your choice of 4 Tenderloins, New York Strips, or Ribeyes, plus a selection of Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Denver, Flat Iron, Chuck and Round (~14 lbs)
  • 90/10 Ground Beef (~26 lbs)
  • 1 - 2 Roasts (~6 lbs) or additional Ground Beef
  • Short Ribs (~4 lbs)
  • fits in most standard refrigerator freezers (approx 2ft x 1ft) 


Winslett 100 lb+:  $800 per package for more than 100 lbs

  • Steaks:  includes your choice of 8 Tenderloins, New York Strips, or Ribeyes, plus a selection of Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Denver, Flat Iron, Chuck and Round (~28 lbs)
  • 90/10 Ground Beef (~52 lbs)
  • 3 - 4 Roasts (~12 lbs) or additional Ground Beef
  • Short Ribs (~8 lbs)
  • extra freezer space recommended (approx 2ft x 2ft)


Entire Steer (400 - 500 lbs):  $7 per pound



Individual Beef Cuts


Ground Beef (90/10):  $8 per 1 lb package


Premium Steaks

  • Bone-in Ribeye:  $18 per lb
  • Tenderloin:  $28 per lb
  • New York:  $18 per lb


Not-So-Pricey Steaks

  • Sirloin:  $13 per lb
  • Denver:  $12 per lb
  • Flat Iron:  $10 per lb
  • Picanha:  $10 per lb
  • Sirloin Tip:  $11 per lb
  • Chuck:  $9 per lb
  • Round:  $9 per lb


Specialty Cut Steaks

  • Flank:  $15 per lb
  • Skirt:  $15 per lb
  • Tri-Tip:  $12 per lb
  • Brisket:  $9 per lb
  • Short Ribs:  $10 per lb
  • Carne Asada:  $9 per lb
  • Shank:  $7 per lb


Roasts (3 - 4 lbs)

  • Rump:  $9 per lb
  • Chuck:  $9 per lb
